First Week Newborn Check
Hospital నుండి discharge అయిన తర్వాత 5–7 రోజులలో newborn review అవసరం. Weight check (birth weight కి రావడం 10–14 రోజులలో), jaundice assessment, feeding evaluation, umbilical cord care, hip screen.
Newborn Jaundice (పసుపు రంగు)
60–70% newborns కి physiological jaundice వస్తుంది — normal. కానీ monitor చేయడం important. Jaundice first 24 hours లో వస్తే, severe అయితే, లేదా 2 వారాల కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉంటే — doctor evaluation అవసరం. Transcutaneous bilirubin measurement available.
Breastfeeding Support
