EMERGENCY — Baby Under 3 Months with Any Fever
Any temperature of 38°C or above in a baby under 3 months is a medical emergency. Call immediately: +91 90633 66983.
EMERGENCY — Fever with Fit (Febrile Convulsion)
A seizure triggered by fever requires immediate evaluation. Lay child on side, time the seizure. If more than 3 minutes, call 108.
EMERGENCY — Fever with Neck Stiffness or Rash
Neck stiffness (chin cannot reach chest), bulging fontanelle, non-blanching rash — possible meningitis. Call 108 immediately.
EMERGENCY — Child Very Difficult to Wake
A child who cannot be roused or is unusually drowsy with fever needs immediate emergency evaluation.
URGENT — No Fluids for 6+ Hours
A child who has not urinated or taken any fluids for more than 6 hours needs urgent assessment for dehydration.
URGENT — Fever for More Than 3 Days
